1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Sophia Panella Fitness Corp., also known as Align Her Wellness, operates this website and provides coaching services. Our business address is 116 Agnes Rd STE 200, Knoxville, TN 37919. You can contact us at support@alignherwellness.com.
This policy covers website launch updates, coaching applications and services, and the Align Her Wellness app provided through Everfit. Information used for one of these purposes is not necessarily collected for the others. App-specific disclosures below describe the app, not the website launch signup.
2. Website launch signup information
When you sign up for app launch updates, we collect your email address to send you news about the Align Her Wellness app and its availability. Joining this list is optional and is separate from applying for coaching. We do not request health information through the launch signup form.
You can ask to stop receiving launch updates or have your email removed from the list by contacting support@alignherwellness.com.
3. Coaching application information
When you submit a coaching application, we collect your name, email address, phone number, age, Instagram handle, and the health and wellness information you choose to share. This may include hormonal conditions, fitness history, and nutrition habits.
We use this information to assess your application, contact you about next steps, and, if you become a client, personalize and support your coaching. Health information is handled confidentially and used to tailor your coaching experience.
4. Coaching progress information
Clients may voluntarily provide progress photographs, measurements, weight, workout data, and other information for coaching purposes. Any use of client photographs, testimonials, or other identifiable information for marketing or promotional purposes requires separate authorization where required by law.
5. App information
Everfit provides the technology platform supporting the Align Her Wellness app. The following Health Data Utilization section applies specifically to information processed through the app.
6. Health Data Utilization
Our app collects and processes health-related information such as workout activity, exercise logs, heart rate, and other fitness metrics. This data is collected only with your explicit consent and is used exclusively to deliver core app features, including fitness tracking, progress insights, and cross-device synchronization.
We do not share your health data with any third parties, and we do not use this data for advertising or marketing purposes. All health information is stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel only. We adhere to industry best practices to ensure data protection.
If you choose to delete your account, all associated personal and health-related data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
7. How we use information
- We use launch signup email addresses for app launch updates and related list administration.
- Application information helps us review your application and connect with you about coaching.
- Client information, including voluntarily provided progress information, supports personalized coaching, communication, and check-ins.
- App information supports the app features described in Health Data Utilization.
- Information you send when contacting support helps us answer your questions and respond to privacy requests.
8. Service providers and access
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Authorized service providers process information needed to support cloud storage, email list administration, website operation, and app services.
Everfit provides the technology platform supporting the Align Her Wellness app. Each provider receives the information needed for its role, not every category of information described in this policy.
Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information for coaching, service delivery, administration, or technical support.
9. Storage and security
We store personal information in systems used to administer launch updates, manage coaching applications and services, and operate the app. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized access.
No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Retention
We retain website signup and coaching information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected. For launch updates, this means administering the list and sending app news until you request removal or the launch update purpose ends. For coaching applications and services, retention depends on reviewing your application, communicating with you, and providing your coaching.

11. Account Deletion
To request the deletion of your personal information from our database, you can submit a request through our in-app settings or contact form available on our platform. For such requests, please write "delete my account" in the subject line, and include your first and last name and e-mail address in the body of the message. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request.
To request deletion of your Align Her Wellness app account by email, contact support@alignherwellness.com with the subject ‘Delete my account.’ Include your name and the email address associated with your account. We will respond within five business days.
We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for administrative purposes. Please note that we will store communications you may send through the Service, as well as any comments you may post, and they may not be subject to modification or deletion.
Browser and device settings
You may also control the information that we collect through the settings in your browser or mobile device. You may configure your browser to reject cookies from our app and may adjust the settings of your mobile device to prevent the Platform from obtaining location information. However, please note that the Service may rely on cookies and location information to function properly and some parts of the Service may not be available if you disable cookies.
12. Access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal requests
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent to its use, by emailing support@alignherwellness.com. For app account deletion, follow the Account Deletion instructions above.
We will respond within five business days. Completing a request may take longer. Withdrawing information or consent needed to provide a service may affect our ability to continue that service.
13. Minimum age
Our services are intended for clients aged 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 has provided personal information to us, contact support@alignherwellness.com.
14. Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services and practices change. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.
